The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Conference,
responsible for its overall management and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Sets policies, develops strategic plans, and guides the overall direction of the Conference.
Financial Oversight: Recommends the annual budget to the Annual Meeting and oversees the financial health of the Conference.
Operational Management: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Conference within the framework of the Constitution and Bylaws.
Governance: Formulates procedures for meetings and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Representation: Represents the interests of the Conference to external stakeholders.
