The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Conference,
responsible for its overall management and direction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Sets policies, develops strategic plans, and guides the overall direction of the Conference.

  • Financial Oversight: Recommends the annual budget to the Annual Meeting and oversees the financial health of the Conference.

  • Operational Management: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Conference within the framework of the Constitution and Bylaws.

  • Governance: Formulates procedures for meetings and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Representation: Represents the interests of the Conference to external stakeholders.

 

Composition:

  • Consists of eight elected Directors, serving three-year terms.
  • Includes key officers: Moderator, Vice-Moderator, Treasurer, and Conference Minister.
  • The Nominating Committee aims for geographic diversity among board members.

 

Transparency:

  • Board meetings are open to all members of the Conference
